My first wedding of 2010 was a spring-time wedding in the park last weekend. Cottonwood falls has a wonderful waterfall and some nice Japanese landscaping, and it is perfect for a small family and friends wedding on a Saturday in April. The rain cleared just in time for the ceremony and we enjoyed the cool weather (the rest of the week has been hot!) and nice soft light.
Cottonwood falls has the most wonderful market in the summer and fall, but it hasn’t begun yet so we had use of the wooden structure there, nice light and colours!
We ended back in town outside the Hume Hotel where we made some portraits that included Nelson architecture.
